ENDURASTUD® enhances the industry standard manganese cast products with formulated inserts to increase the overall surface hardness, subsequently extending the service life. These inserts are strategically placed into the mold prior to casting the final product to ensure a seamless integration. This manufacturing methodology enables us to tailor the inlay size and location to optimize the performance of the equipment resulting in optimal service life.
