Hansteel’s team has extensive knowledge and experience of metallurgy and machining, and can prepare a specific QCP to suit your products. Hansteel’s on-site Quality Assurance Team will follow the QCP and witness the inspections in the foundry/factory of all major milestones, in order to ensure compliance to stipulated specification.

Hansteel can help. Just let us know the physical properties you require, such as tensile and yield strength, hardness, elongation, ductility, etc. Hansteel's engineers and metallurgists will determine the best chemical composition and heat treatment process to get you the properties you require.
