HSI offers a comprehensive range of slurry pump wear parts to suit the majority of equipment in the market place. Our range includes the standard profiles and material offered by the OEMs through to site specific designed components to meet each sites applications and requirements. All wear components can be supplied in Hansteel’s various materials from Mn13 through to Mn22CrMo and all grades in between.

Every wear component is manufactured to our stringent quality standard using the highest quality material grades, the most advanced foundry methods, excellence in heat treatment and precision machining to ensure the liners are of the highest quality in the market place. HSI quality assurance inspectors are embedded within the foundries to oversee the production process and inspect completed castings as a final check to ensure high quality standards are met.
